How much will I be charged after the first year?

We are committed to keeping our customers happy so we decided that you will be charged the same monthly amount.

I think that there is something wrong with my PC. Can you work on that?

At this time outside of the services that we provide, we do not assist with any hardware or software related troubleshooting unless our software is having issues. 

I forgot the customer portal password. How can I reset it?

Please submit a ticket to from the email account that you used to purchase our solution with and we ill be happy to reset your password.

What do you monitor for on my PC?

We monitor for the services that we provide which are Threats, Microsoft, 3rd party and Antivirus software updates. We do not monitor anything outside of that as we are committed to our customer's privacy.

How do I add more devices?

You can log in to your customer portal and purchase more subscriptions there.

Do you have remote in capabilities to my PC?

In order for us to remote in there needs to be a support case and customer approval needs to be done that comes up on the customer's screen at the time of remote session.

I got a new computer. How do I move your software to it?

Congratulations! Please submit a ticket to from the email account that you used to purchase our solution and one of our technicians will be happy to assist.

My computer is running slowly. What do I do?

At this time we do not offer services that would assist with computer related issues. 

How do I adjust or cancel services?

In order to adjust or cancel your subscription please log in to the customer portal. 

I accidentally changed settings in the Antivirus.

No worries there is no need to do anything. Changes will revert back to our set settings when Antivirus syncs with our central console.

I think that I might have a virus. What do I do?

If you are suspecting that you have a virus please put in a ticket by emailing from the email that's on the account.

How fast will I get my software after signing up?

Welcome! You will receive your software within 1-12 hours after signing up. Please look out emails from us to the mailbox you signed up with ( check your spam folder as well)
